Unforgettable Thrills: Our Kite Camp Adventure in Brazil
Embark on an unforgettable journey with us at Coradventure! This month, our team of nine adventurers explored Brazil’s stunning coastlines by kiteboarding across four incredible destinations. From the breathtaking dunes to the vibrant local culture, join us as we recount the thrills of our recent kite camp in Brazil.
Our adventure started in the lively town of Cumbuco and took us through the magical landscapes of Jericoacoara (Our favorite and best kite spot in Brazil!) and Barra Grande, culminating in the serene beauty of Ihla Do Guajiru. We traveled in two robust 4x4 pickup trucks, driving through expansive dunes and visiting various lagoons, each offering its own unique kiteboarding experience.
A typical day began at 7:30 am with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, followed by a breakfast of delicious fresh fruits and cakes—a perfect start to any day. After breakfast, we would chat and prepare for the day’s adventure. By 11 am, when the winds were ideal, we would hit the chosen spot for hours of exhilarating kiteboarding in steady 18-25 knots of warm Brazilian breeze.
The trip wasn’t just about kiteboarding; it was about forging new friendships. As we moved from one spot to another, our bonds strengthened. Each evening, exhausted but exhilarated, we’d share our favorite moments from the day over dinner, recounting our experiences and the day’s adventures.
One of the most magical experiences was jumping into the sunset after a day filled with kiteboarding. As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a golden glow over the water, we’d take those final leaps, riding the last of the day’s wind—a truly perfect ending to each day. The serene end to each day with the sun setting as we journeyed back to town was equally mesmerizing.
